Emma is one of our own success stories, having built her career at Anabas Welcome over the past 18 years. Starting out in customer experience, she moved into learning and development 14 years ago and has since focused on empowering people to grow by equipping our teams with the skills and confidence to deliver outstanding service.
She is particularly enthusiastic about leadership development and induction programmes, creating engaging learning experiences that support managers to thrive and ensure new team members feel welcomed and supported from day one.
