Rich started his career with Anabas Welcome as a Concierge Supervisor in 2021 before progressing to his current role as Operations Coordinator. He manages daily staffing to ensure all receptions are fully covered, overseeing rotas, time and attendance, and relief team assignments. Rich provides clear staffing updates to Account Managers and site leads, monitoring cover throughout the day to maintain seamless service delivery across all sites.
