Shola brings 14 years’ experience in corporate reception and client services, leading multi-site portfolios across high-profile workplaces. She manages a team of Anabas Welcome Account Managers and the Operations team, overseeing staff cover and ensuring seamless service delivery across all sites. As senior client partner on the contracts she oversees, Shola sets service strategy, chairs quarterly reviews, and drives innovation and improvement.
An active member of London’s corporate Front of House community, she has judged the Corporate Guest Services Awards for the past three years, keeping her close to best practice and emerging trends that enhance our client experience.
