I joined Anabas Welcome in 2021 as an Elite Account Manager, leading a team of 60 reception professionals across multiple client sites. It was a fast-paced role that strengthened my operational management and people leadership skills as I ensured service excellence and continuity across a wide portfolio.
After building a strong foundation in team leadership, I progressed into an Account Manager role, taking on direct responsibility for client contracts. This step allowed me to deepen my HR knowledge, expand my operational expertise, and refine my leadership approach in more complex environments.
Recruitment has since become one of my strongest skills. By focusing on selecting the right people and supporting their growth, I have built high-performing teams that consistently deliver exceptional service. Alongside this, I have developed trusted client relationships and gained valuable commercial insight into our sector, both of which have been key to maintaining confidence and long-term partnerships.
