Before joining Anabas Welcome, I spent 10 years working in retail for a luxury beauty brand, where I developed a strong foundation in customer experience and building meaningful connections.
Nine years ago, I joined Anabas Welcome as a Reception Supervisor, spending six years creating memorable experiences and embracing five-star service in every interaction. It was a role that taught me the importance of consistency, professionalism, and staying calm under pressure.
With the belief and encouragement of my manager, I was given the opportunity to step into an Account Manager role. With their full support and the right training, I was able to grow my confidence, manage a diverse client portfolio, and develop a deeper understanding of client needs and operational delivery.
That same trust and guidance continued as I progressed into my current position as Contract Manager. Having leaders who recognised my potential and invested in my development has made all the difference. It has allowed me to lead with confidence, build lasting partnerships, and deliver exceptional service across our client sites.
