I began my journey with Anabas Welcome in December 2021 as a Concierge Supervisor at a prestigious residential development in London. It was my first role after COVID, and I was overjoyed to return to a front of house position after such a challenging time.
In that role, I had the privilege of delivering a five-star service to residents, managing bookings, welcoming visitors, assisting with deliveries, and providing support whenever it was needed. It was a role that allowed me to build genuine, lasting relationships and strengthen my passion for delivering exceptional service.
When I felt ready for a new challenge, I wanted to continue my journey within the business. The opportunity to step into my current role as Operations Coordinator came at the perfect time, and I was thrilled to take it on. Although very different from my previous position, my experience as a Concierge Supervisor gave me valuable insight into what it takes to deliver excellence, which made the transition smooth and rewarding.
